data-end=\"1615\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1659\">What does the informative lease model consist of?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1888\">This is an <strong data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1695\">annual document<\/strong> that must be submitted to the <strong data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1771\">Land or Chattel Registry<\/strong>, which communicates <strong data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1822\">anonymized<\/strong> information about the rental activity carried out during the previous year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"1916\">Its purpose is to verify:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"2078\">\n<li data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1944\">\n<p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1944\">The actual use of the property.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1994\">\n<p data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1994\">The consistency between the rental and its purpose.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2078\">\n<p data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2078\">The correct use of the <strong data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2077\">Single Rental Registry Number (NRUA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2083\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2122\">Leases to which it applies<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2247\">This obligation affects <a href=\"https:\/\/babot-aranguren.com\/en\/legal-service\/civil-lawyers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2185\">short-term rentals<\/strong><\/a>, that is, those that <strong data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2246\">do not constitute a habitual residence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2306\">These include leases for the purpose of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2431\">\n<li data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2333\">\n<p data-start=\"2309\" data-end=\"2333\">Tourist or vacation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2345\">\n<p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2345\">Labor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2359\">\n<p data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2359\">Academic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2360\" data-end=\"2383\">\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2383\">For medical reasons<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2431\">\n<p data-start=\"2386\" data-end=\"2431\">Or any other cause of a temporary nature<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2532\">Contracts for habitual residence regulated by the Urban Leasing Law are data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3309\">Informative lease model and submission deadline<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3309\">Submission deadline<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3311\" data-end=\"3436\">\ud83d\udcc5 The presentation must be made <strong data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3375\">during the month of February<\/strong>, with the data corresponding to the <strong
