The firm was founded in 1993 by its managing partner, Carlos Babot León, who, after completing his studies at the University of Barcelona, decided to begin his professional career in Malaga by founding his own firm.
Throughout its 30-year history, and with the incorporation of partners such as Borja Aranguren Delgado, the firm has evolved to offer a multidisciplinary service that covers all legal and tax areas (Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Administrative, Tax, and Accounting) for individuals and companies.

CARLOS BABOT LEÓN
Law Degree from the University of Barcelona. Practicing lawyer registered with the Malaga Bar Association (ICAMálaga). Founding partner and director of Babot-Aranguren Asociados.
He began his professional career at the Cook County Public Defender Of Chicago, and later began his work as an advisor to the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament in Brussels. After that, he decided to found his own legal firm in Malaga and begin his career as a lawyer in this city, advising hundreds of associations, companies, and individuals throughout the national territory for more than 30 years, as well as intervening in various judicial proceedings of great public relevance.
Specialized in Civil and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, and Special Taxes on alcoholic beverages and hydrocarbons.

Degree in Business Administration and Management from the CEU San Pablo University. Practicing tax and accounting advisor. Managing partner of Babot-Aranguren Asociados.
His extensive training stands out, highlighting his Master’s Degree in Auditing from the University of Alcalá, a Master’s Degree in international accounting and financial management, and his Doctorate in economic and business sciences from the Rey Juan Carlos University. His work in universities did not stop there, as he continues to collaborate as a professor at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI, ICADE), CUNEF, and San Pablo CEU.
All of the above allows us to provide specialized advice that adapts to the needs of each client.
