Last Thursday, the Congress approved the opinion of the bill for the Creation and Growth of Companies, better known as the Crea y Crece Law, which includes several changes that could affect the self-employed and businesses in different areas. The text, which still has to be sent to the Senate and returned to Parliament for final approval, introduces novelties in the procedures and requirements for the creation of companies in Spain, but also – with the aim of fighting against late payment – in the conditions to be able to access future calls for public aid, such as the Digital Kit or any of the subsidies that arrive at the expense of European funds.
