CNMC: JANUARY MONTHLY REPORT

The year 2024 began with a decrease in margins for automotive fuels, according to data provided by the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC), in the ‘information bulletin on the distribution of fuels in service stations.’ In addition, the organization analyzed the evolution of the Census of service stations in Spain in recent years, coinciding with its semi-annual update. At this point, the commission warned that “44% of the service stations considered ‘rural’ are the only ones in their municipality.”
