It has been over a month since Royal Decree 6/2022 came into effect, which includes the urgent measures that the government has determined to alleviate, as far as possible, the consequences that the intolerable invasion of Ukraine by Russia is having on the Spanish economy. One of the key measures is, without a doubt, the 20-cent bonus on all fuel supplies, and it seems clear that it can produce some relief in family economies and especially in professionals who have to use their vehicles to carry out their activity. However, it seems that it has been ignored that what the government has suddenly decreed must be carried out by the companies that are dedicated to the supply of these fuels, which have not been consulted at any time and which found that within 36 hours they were forced to advance money that they did not have in most cases and to turn all their operating processes upside down to adapt them to what the Royal Decree apparently stipulated.
