Automotive fuel consumption reached 2.331 million tons in October, representing an increase of 2.4% compared to the same month last year and 1.5% over last September, according to data from the Strategic Reserve Corporation of Petroleum Products (Cores).
Specifically, gasoline consumption rebounded 8.7% in the month compared to October 2022, while diesel increased 0.7%.
