In October, the consumption of automotive fuels increased (2,410 kt; +2.9%) compared to October 2023, increasing +3.6% compared to September 2024. Gasoline increased to a greater extent (+7.3% vs. Oct-23) than automotive diesel (+1.6%).
In the accumulated year, the consumption of automotive fuels increased by +2.5% vs. 2023, increasing both gasoline (+7.7%) and auto diesel (+1.1%).
This month, the consumption of all product groups increased year-on-year, with the exception of LPG (-1.8%): gasoline (+7.3%), kerosene (+8.7%), diesel (+4.7%) and fuel oil (+18.7%).
