The Government will publish a list of delinquent companies that do not pay SMEs. The Council of Ministers has approved a Royal Decree modifying the regulations of the State Council for SMEs and creating the State Observatory of Private Delinquency.
Delinquency is a serious problem for the business activity of SMEs because they have to compensate for the financial cost and uncertainty generated by these practices.
