The Spanish network of service stations reached 11,800 points of sale at the end of last year, 160 more than in 2020 (an increase of 1.37%), according to data collected in the 2021 Report of the Spanish Association of Oil Product Operators, AOP. As has been the case for years, this increase was led by gas stations integrated into the ‘Other brands’ category, which during the past year added 210 new facilities to the total national market.
